I've ordered several items - will they all be shipped together?
Yes! All items in one transaction will be shipped together. If you have placed two orders and would like them shipped out together please message us and we will see what we can do!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard
I want to send my order as a gift - can i do this?
Yes! If you would like to send your order straight to the recipient, please add their address as the delivery address. If this order is a gift please let us know on the checkout page.
When will my order arrive?
UK: All of our prints are dispatched within 1-2 working days via First Class Royal Mail
REST OF THE WORLD: All of our prints are dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail (International Standard).
International orders may take longer. We cannot be held responsible for delays with delivery or at customs.
My order has arrived damaged - what can i do?
We will be more than happy to replace orders damaged during delivery. Please send us an email at emandelias@gmail.com within 14 days of recieving your dispatch email, along with a photo of the damage to the packaging and the print and we will assist you further.
I've changed my mind on an order - can i cancel this?
Due to all items being made to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition please let us know within 14 days from recieving your dispatch email and we will be happy to replace this for you.
I've made a mistake on a personalised order, can i change this?
We ask that you always double-check your spelling and dates on personalised prints before finalising your order. If you have made a mistake on your personalisation please let us know within the first 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to amend this. Any mistakes reported after this will not be able to be changed due to each order being printed to order.
